All of our installation and service staff are employees of The Satellite Center, not contractors that come and go. Each is a fully trained satellite technician who takes pride in doing your job right the first time.

Fixed Signal Loss Due to Wobbly Dish Installed By Competitor

The Satellite Center helped us solve a technical problem with a system installed by another company where we were losing our signal because our 3-meter satellite dish on the roof was wobbling in the wind.

They suggested moving it to a pad on the ground. Their proposal was accurate - taking into account all the variables, and they were very cooperative in working with us to stay within our budget.
