We Do The Work
With an MDU system from The Satellite Center we design, build, maintain, and bill your residents all at a price below standard cable as we customize a package of channels to meet the needs of your community.
This way, you don't add any more workload to your existing staff because there is little or no participation in the billing and maintenance of the integrated satellite system. The tenants are billed directly by the programmer at the prevailing residential rates.
We can even (in some cases) use older existing coax wire to effectively send channels throughout the complex saving the expense and inconvenience of a complete re-wire.
We also offer bulk channel packages at approximately 50% off your current monthly cable rate! (A bulk channel package is described as one group of channels distributed to 100% of the residents billed to one address.)
